Main Entry (Parts 1 – 3):
Part 1: Post a brief analysis of what you learned from this unit’s assigned readings. Include at least 2 takeaways about gender roles, gender socialization, conformity/nonconformity, or anything else covered in your readings and video viewing. Consider and discuss both points through your unique point of view. Remember to cite the source of your information and reference it at the end of your post as well.
Part 2: Complete the Open Sex Role Inventory . As you take the inventory, pay close attention to each item while considering the questions below. (If needed, you can go back and review the questions prior to submitting your responses and/or retake the test.)
· Discuss 3 items that you found interesting, thought-provoking, or confusing and explain why.
· Were any of your beliefs about gender roles or gender in general confirmed or challenged? How so? Explain.
· How does the inventory relate to this unit’s readings? Be sure to include APA Style in-text citations to applicable readings in your response.
