This paper is the second part of a behavioral change project. We had to choose a behavior that we want to change (I chose to focus on my eating habits, specifically, my junk food intake. We had to record a frequency log of how many times we engaged in the behavior for 2 weeks (logs 1/31-2/6 and 2/7-2/13). We then had to implement a cognitive behavioral method to help change the chosen behavior. I chose operant conditioning (specifically, positive punishment) For my punishment, every time I ate junk food, I had to take $20 from my checking account and put it in my savings account. We then had to log the behavior for two more weeks while implementing the behavioral method (logs 2/21-2/27 and 2/28-3/5).
